More About Shannon Keller
Clinical Interests:
I provide Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with a focus on helping clients regulate and better understand their emotions, while also normalizing emotional experiences as part of being human. I support individuals navigating life transitions and use motivational interviewing to enhance engagement, build insight, and foster lasting personal growth.
Clinical Approach:
I take a whole-person approach that considers the many dimensions of an individual’s well-being—emotional, mental, relational, and beyond. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where clients can openly explore and better understand their own identities.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with family, taking care of all my plants, spending time with dogs, and watching sports especially women’s volleyball!
