More About Breeze Borowick
Clinical Interests:
I have a strong clinical interest in working with children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. My focus includes supporting youth with anxiety, trauma histories, ADHD, and mood disorders using strengths-based, trauma-informed approaches. I aim to create a therapeutic space that fosters safety, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Clinical Approach:
I’m passionate about supporting young people through a compassionate and open-minded approach. I prioritize creating a safe, affirming space where children and teens of all backgrounds—especially those from the queer community—feel understood and valued. I believe in tailoring my support to each individual’s needs, using trauma-informed and strengths-based methods to help build resilience and promote emotional well-being.
Hobbies:
Outside of work, I love playing Dungeons & Dragons, getting lost in a good book, making art when inspiration strikes, and hanging out with my cats and dog. I’m also into exploring new coffee shops, watching cozy fantasy or sci-fi shows, and playing video games to relax and unwind.
