Clinical Interests:

Mood Disorders and anxiety are two areas of interest I have in the clinical realm. I enjoy teaching new skills and techniques to reduce intrusive thoughts dealing with mood swings and frustrations more effectively. I also enjoy working with all ages.

Clinical Approach:

I use skills from CBT and DBT. When working with young people I often keep art supplies and games handy to help facilitate conversation when the person is feeling overwhelmed or anxious.

Hobbies:

I enjoy my cat and dog. I spend 1 evening a week playing board games with friends. I travel annually and spend quality time with friends and family. I enjoy doing arts and crafts, role playing games, listening to podcasts and going to concerts.
