Clinical Interests:
I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds. Primarily, I have experience working with adults and youth with trauma and substance use disorders. I will see clients with a range of concerns with or without a formal diagnosis. I have extensive experience working with trauma, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, as well as schizophrenia spectrum disorders and various other concerns.
Clinical Approach:
As a therapist, I operate from a trauma informed perspective while utilizing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic theory, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I am passionate about assisting clients in their healing and recovery journeys.
Hobbies:
My hobbies include music, dancing, writing, reading, shopping, traveling and spending as much quality time with all my loved ones as possible.
