Clinical Interests:

My clinical interest is centered on the mental health and emotional well-being of children and adolescents. I am passionate about early identification, intervention, and long-term support for youth experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, trauma-related conditions, and behavioral challenges.

Clinical Approach:

I believe in a holistic, family-centered approach that combines developmentally appropriate therapy, psychopharmacological treatment when indicated, and strong collaboration with caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary teams. I am especially interested in trauma-informed care, school-based mental health services, and reducing barriers to access for underserved populations.

Through evidence-based practice and compassionate engagement, my goal is to help young people build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and foster long-term emotional growth.

Hobbies:

In addition to my work as a nurse practitioner, I value maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I enjoy spending quality time outdoors, whether it’s hiking local trails or relaxing with my family and our beloved pets. Travel is another passion of mine—it allows me to explore new perspectives and deepen my appreciation for diverse cultures, which I bring into my practice with every patient I serve.
