Clinical Interests:

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating everyday life stressors, domestic violence, and relationship challenges. After graduating with my BSW, I spent a year working at a domestic violence shelter in La Crosse, where I gained valuable experience supporting individuals in crisis. I also provided ARMHS services with Nystrom & Associates in Rochester, MN, helping clients with mental health needs. My focus is on creating a supportive environment for clients to explore their personal challenges while providing the guidance they need to overcome obstacles and thrive.

I strongly believe that clients are the experts of their own lives, and I approach therapy with this perspective in mind. My style is warm and welcoming, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe and supported. I believe in allowing clients to lead the conversation, letting their experiences and goals guide the direction of our work together. This client-centered approach allows us to explore personal growth, resilience, and healing in a way that feels empowering and authentic.

Hobbies:

I have a dog named Pidge, and she is the light of my life. We spend our days doing all sorts of fun activities together, whether it’s exploring the outdoors or just relaxing at home. When I’m not doing something with her, you’ll likely find me baking something delicious, hunting for a new local coffee spot, or hanging out with friends. I love finding joy in the little things and creating meaningful moments with those I care about.
